Thanks, thats very useful stuff to know! I must admit to being a bit useless in the kitchen, but I'm trying my best to learn. Admitting is the first step to recovery right!!? I promised to cook a whole meal for my wife this weekend for the first time - very exciting! I found some simple recipes at this site, seems to be designed exactly for people like me, which is fantastic! Anyway, thanks, I'll be sure to bookmark this site to read more later.

Thank you so much, this was very interesting. I was actually born in Madrid (I'm not telling you what year though!) but was moved around europe and lastly settled in the UK when I was 6. I dont remember much of the few years I was in spain, but the delicious smell of spanish food always seems to get me going or something. It's weird how I dont remember anything except the smells, isn't it! I even found a website dedicated to spanish recipes, which gave me great delight and thought I ought to share with your readers. Anyway, thank you again. I'll get my husband to add your cast to my rss thing...
